Join us as we continue to worship!

Well this is all a bit strange isn’t it! I hope you have heard we are unable to meet for church groups or services for the foreseeable future.

That being the case we are going to have to “be church” in a different way for the time being. The clergy team are going to be producing a written service each week. This is being emailed to those we have addresses for and hand delivered to those we don’t. If it has been emailed to you, but you would prefer a paper copy please let me know. A copy of the service is also available on the Willand and Uffculme church websites (addresses above).

The idea is that you read through the service at the time you would normally be in church. Hopefully this will help us to know we are not doing this on our own, but are joined by others, albeit in different places. It might feel a bit strange at first, but can I suggest you say the service out loud. It just help us to take time as we worship and not rush through scan reading it.

In time I will also experiment with leading the service on the internet, but more details about that in due course!

I hope the extra time we have will actually be helpful. Why not take time to reflect on your relationship with God, reading a section of scripture and praying?

If you ever want to talk about something, to pray over the phone, are feeling a bit low or have a practical problem please feel free to phone or email Simon, Michelle or Gudrun, we are more than happy to do what we can to help.

your brother in Christ
