Children and Youth

At St Mary’s, we believe that our children are the Church of Today.

Kids for Christ (KFC)
We have a group of leaders who take it in turns to take our children out for their own special time during the services. Activities include games, singing, craft and discussion. Often the children are able to return in time to tell the adults what they have been doing.

Vicki Highet is currently on placement developing the vision and programme opportunities for children and young people to explore the christian faith in

Squarefish (www.squarefish.org.uk)
Squarefish is a pioneering initiative in Mid Devon for young people interested in finding out more about the Christian faith, and provides information on some great events, residentials, youth work and other resources for young people.

Squarefish is led by Revd Selina Garner in her role as Pioneer Youth Minister for the Cullompton Deanery.
